A running log of what got built, who it was for, and what it taught me.
April was about foundations — one for me, one for a client who'd been trying to lay his own for years.
Building my own systems
I finally gave OhDavid the same treatment I give clients: a real, owned operating system instead of a stack of rented tools. A custom admin on Next.js and Supabase, an AI phone and email layer, and a team of AI agents that run the coordination overhead a solo operator can't. The point wasn't automation for its own sake — it was to unlock the business I actually want to run.

DomainNameTag

The theme
Both builds were about the same thing: the gap between having a real vision and having a real system to run it on. Closing that gap is most of what I do.
