Brendan's a personal-development coach with an actual framework — meditation, vulnerability, productivity, and sales, aimed at the entrepreneurs and sales professionals who run hard and rarely stop. He runs Encounter Groups, does 1:1 coaching, and he's building toward full-day workshops. Real method, real results in the room.
What he didn't have was the thing that makes a stranger take him seriously before they've met him. Coaching lives or dies on trust, and trust online comes from how you show up — clear positioning, a way to even understand what an "Encounter Group" is, social proof, and a dead-simple way to book. He was looking at lead-gen platforms, but those only work if there's a credible home to send people to.
So we built him one. A coaching site that explains the work without the woo-word salad, separates the offerings — book an Encounter Group, book 1:1 coaching — and makes the next step obvious. A place that says "this person is legitimate" before Brendan ever gets on a call.
The distinction that mattered here: coaching isn't therapy, and the site had to hold that line — present, forward-looking, about where you're going, not a diagnosis. Getting that positioning right in the copy and the feel was half the build.
For any business that runs on trust: the website's job is to earn it before you're in the room. That's what we built.
