The second world: Essence of Health

Same founder, same unmistakable hand — a completely different room.

This one's a sequel. After we built BrainHealthSpa.com for Keith's practice, he started seeing what else was possible — and we began a second site, for a completely different part of what he does.

Essence of Health is Keith's events brand — workshops and gatherings that live in a different emotional register than the clinical practice. So it needed its own world. Where BrainHealthSpa runs on that orange-to-blue sunset energy, Essence got its own palette — purple and light green — and its own mascot, a hummingbird. A different room for a different kind of experience.

Why two sites instead of one

It would have been easier to bolt the events onto the main site. It also would have been wrong. The practice and the events ask different things of a visitor — one is "is this legitimate, can I trust my brain health to it," the other is "do I want to be in this room." Cramming both into one identity would have muddied both.

So we built two distinct experiences that still, unmistakably, come from the same person. That's the harder version, and the right one.

The through-line

What ties BrainHealthSpa and Essence of Health together isn't a color or a logo — it's Keith. My job across both was the same: translate what he feels about each side of his work into something everyone else can feel too. Two worlds, one hand.

This is also just how good client relationships go. You build the first real thing, it works, and the scope grows on its own — because now you're both seeing what else could exist.

If your business has more than one room — a practice and a brand, a product and a community — they don't all belong on one site. Sometimes the right move is a second world.
